Snow Day in Georgia

It's snow day in Georgia. January 16, 2022

It had been snowing all day in Georgia and the kiddos were dying to go outside. So, off we go in the snow. Throwing snowballs, sledding down the hill, riding the four wheeler all over the place. Makensie had just lost her first 2 teeth at one time. She's a cutie for sure. Hope all of you are safe and have power during these cold winter days and nights.

Morning

It's a fall kind of day in Georgia. Love those mornings you get up with sounds of birds singing, just me and my coffee sitting by the window side.

You can think on good or bad. I choose the good things. Like my grandkids and my son and daughter. They get on your last nerve at times, and then again the house is so quiet when they are gone. I have work today. I clean houses, and rental houses. I also am a substitute teacher at the elementary schools. Kids if we could be like them again and not have a care in the world. I do try to be like them at times and think back to those carefree days. I hope all of you have a great day. Do something fun. Take a walk in the park. If not the park take a walk in your backyard. Smile more. Take care of you. Cook something you haven't cooked in awhile.

Random pic of my son and his sons.

This is a picture of my 2 big boys. Love you guys so much. One day you will see all the pics I've taken of all of you. We had this taken at the Christmas tree farm-2020.

Good morning everyone. Hope you are doing great today. I woke up this morning with a pain in my lower back. I pulled something in my low back while cleaning houses the other day going down backward on a flight of stairs. Done my stretches and going to make the most of today. I believe I will take a small road trip to get apples today.

My Mom has a biopsy on the 15th of September. She is nervous of course, but I'm believing that it's not cancer and go forth from there. I found out she had a knot on August 3rd, 2020. The same day I was diagnoised 4 years ago. How ironic is that? It was like a blow in the face. I am overcoming and now she is where I was. l

We all have situations in our lives that we must overcome and no one is exempt. Praying for all today that are going through anything. I pray you rise above your situation and trust in the one who always can bring you through. My Mom had a masectomy on one breast and is doing really great. She's 81 years old and is a survivor.

A Little Spring

A little something from Georgia to brighten your day. I hope everyone is doing ok. Here we are sheltered in like most across the U.S. I have been keeping busy trying to get my flower beds in better shape. One of the flowere I love is my purple thrift. It is low maintenance and low on the ground. It makes a great ground cover. Praying everyone has a safe week.

Reading

Here are my girls. My daughter on the left and granddaughter on right. She loves Auntee to read to her. I love you both. Our days are filled with laughter and little feet running up and down the hall.
