Eharmony Awareness

I got a call this morning concerning my bank account. I found out someone had a spending spree with my money. Come to find out they three transactions to FTD Florist, one transaction to Eharmony, and one more to a dating site.  When using a debit card online use it as a credit. It's the same thing just a little different process and a lot safer.
Be aware what you see is not always what you get. Whoever the flowers were sent to probably thinks they just met prince charming and instead they have a thief. Beware of hookups on any dating site. You have no clue what's on the other end. Anyone can charm you with their words, flowers, jewelry, etc... A real woman or man does not need to take from someone else which is not his or hers. Just imagine what they may take from you if they are doing this three or four different people at a time.

There are thousands of families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. There are MANY other taxes that will be enacted under Obama. Read and be informed because YOU will be affected in some way. Wake up, people. If you think we have freedom in the US, think again! Celebrate Your Birthday

I just celebrated another year of life. I've had so many people say sarcastic remarks about getting older. I would just laugh and say yes I am. You are either getting older or you die young. I think I would rather get older and enjoy life instead of worrying about a number. What I know is that this life is not all that there is. I thank God everyday for saving me and letting me learn about who He is and His ways. He is good and He is love. He loves me unconditionally. So if it's your birthday celebrate life and get out and enjoy things like you did when you were a kid. You may not be able to do some things, but I'm sure you will find something you really like to do. Listening to the birds or just riding by a freshly plowed field. I love to be around small children and watch all the new things they discover. I often think about how I felt as a kid and would sit for hours playing with the four leaf clovers and making necklaces. Those were some good times. I hope anyone who reads this has a blessed day.

Encourage Yourself

I have been making little changes here and there about my eating habits. I use to love sweets and still do, I just make sure I eat them in moderation. I've started eating more salads and vegetables. Which I knew I should have been doing all along. One thing I had let slip was my walking and a few stomach exercises. A couple of weeks ago I started a whole new routine. I get up in the mornings and walk 2 1/2 miles, three to four times a week. I feel better just knowing I'm doing something to better my life. If you can't do that much just do what you can. Start somewhere otherwise a month from now you'll still be trying to decide what you're going to do. I had lost my motivation to even try and funny thing is I don't even know why. This is to motivate you and say you can do it. Come on my blog and give me your progress, sometimes that helps or even just blog about it to yourself. Whatever helps you to keep track of what you're doing. Here's to a new day for me and for you. Have a great week.

HCG Drops

I have tried the HCG drops for one month and I for one was not impressed at all. Matter of fact I got to feeling very bad after taking the drops. Instead of losing I even gained a few pounds back. If you like it that's fine. I walk three to four times a week and thought this would help to get these few extra pounds off, but it just did not. I always like to try something before I give my opinion on it. My opinion is that it's not for me. If you do try it please be careful with it. Be mindful of how your body is feeling.

Dance Even In The Rain: • Day 8: Wrap it up.

This is a wrap up for Advocating for Another. As the caregiver, and coach for Madison we are already moving forward with our daily exercises. I always tell Madison we do our part and God will do His. It is God's will for Madison to be healed. That's the first thing we have to do is believe that. Then we go and find scripture that covers what she needs to be meditating on for her healing. We pray and believe what the word says. Our next goal is to increase in her exercise program as she can tolerate it. For a long time we could see no progress, but now I'm seeing a few improvements. There is light at the end of the tunnel. As a caregiver don't grow weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Gal. 6:9 Our strength comes from God and I know without Him, Madison or I would not be where we are today.

Dance Even In The Rain: • Day 7: Letter Post

To my daughter, I've always told you to do your best and as long as you remember this, you will go far in life. Put God first above all things this life has to offer. Look for the positive in all things, even when it doesn't look that way. Being your parent has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. I have loved being your mom, loved watching you grow, and become the young lady you are today. I enjoy your company, our talks that only we share. I love you Madison and no one can ever take that joy away from me. Always strive to be the lady God wants you to be. Love your Mom

Dance Even In The Rain: Day six: Quote, End Quote. Post

Life can make you bitter or better. We all have a choice everyday to be one or the other. Get around people who believe in you and your dream. I always tell my daughter don't hang around negative people. If you do you will eventually become just like them. On the other hand if you hang out with people who are motivated and will even help you to become motivated to take the next step of becoming better. My daughter and I went and watched Tour de la France yesterday and just watching some of them who are quadriplegic was awesome. They had such upper body strength. Their faces glowed with excitement and passion. I loved watching them come across the finish line and seeing the accomplishment on their face. My advice to anyone who is bitter about anything is hangout or just talk to other people who see the good in you and what you can be.
